I am passionate about birth and am honoured to have the privilege of being involved with couples to prepare them for their journey into birth and parenting.

Birth to me, is extremely sacred; and therefore I believe in the Calmbirth philosophy that my role as an Educator involves empowering couples through knowledge, on how to utilise their inner resources so that they can work with their birth rather than against it. In doing so, they have the capacity to bring their baby into the world in the best way possible; and at the same time lay down the foundations required to build strong healthy attachments with each other and their baby
